Kesar Kulfi or Malai Kulfi is a very famous Indian Dessert specially made for summer season. We can make this easy kulfi recipe by using simple ingredients like Milk, Kesar, Milk Powder, Cashew Nuts, Pistachio, Almond, Sugar and Cardamom Powder. Kesar Kulfi is a refreshing dessert during summer. It is also known as matka kulfi while we serve this kulfi mixture to a matka pot. Childrens and adults all the people like this Kesar Pista Badam Kulfi Ice Cream very much. Method:
1. First boil 1 litre milk until it become 1/2 litre. Cook in medium flame. Stir it regularly.
2. After 25 minutes, add 25gm Amul Spray Milk Powder, Saffron, 1 Cup Sugar. Stir it regularly.
3. After 15 minutes, add chopped almond nuts, chopped cashew nuts, chopped pistachio. Stir it regularly. Boil till milk become reduces to 1/2 litre.
4. After 15 minutes, milk is ready to make Kesar kulfi. 5. Let it cool completely.
6. Pour the kulfi mixture to individual kulfi moulds. Keep it in freezer for over night or minimum 8 to 10 hours.
7. Demould all kulfi ice cream and serve immediately. Related Recipes:
